- Hummel Concerto in E major, 1st and 2nd movement (without cadenza), (with piano accompaniment)
- Schönberg Chamber Symphony No. 2, Op. 38, trumpet solos from bar 95 to 106 (included) and from bar 416 to 423 (inculded)
b. Contemporary solo pieces (video recording/link)
One of the following works:
- Scelsi Quattro Pezzi (Durand-Salabert-Eschig)*
- Davies Litany for a Ruined Chapel between Sheep and Shore, 1st movement
- Berio Sequenza X, pages 1-4 (Universal Edition)
- Henze Sonatina for Solo Trumpet, 1st and 2nd movements  (Schott)
- Henderson Variation movements, 1st and 2nd movements (WIM)
- Fedele High, until slow passage included (Suvini Zerboni)
- Kagel Morceau de concours, Version a for one trumpet; only the beginning (5min) (Universal Edition)
c. Piccolo Trumpet (video recording/link)
- Telemann Concerto in D major, 1st movement (with piano accompaniment)

One piece of the candidate’s choice written after 1950. Please include the score along with the recording.
